What kind of licensing do I need to sell coffee from a single cup brewer at a flea market?
I have a Keurig brewer and want to sell cups of coffee at my booth. The machine uses individually sealed cups of grounds so there isn’t a health risk. Do flea markets allow beverage sales?

I’m not exactly sure on this one but you force want to check with your the local health department. They can offer information on licenses and what to do’s for your business. And about the flea market, I’m pretty sure they do, but to make everything a small more convenient, try and make a certain area everywhere tables are provided for the costumers, maybe sit down, and talk while drinking coffee.
Health permit from the health department.
From what I know… selling coffee at a flea market is perfectly legal… usually you just need to have permission from the organiser… although I’d check this with your local council in the area.
