There is nothing Extra Bold about this coffee. I was disappointed when I tasted this. Little flavor or aroma. Not what I would expect out of a coffee called espresso. I have tried it in various sizes from the 5.5 oz to 12 oz. not much of a difference. If you are looking for a Dark Roasted full bodied coffee – look elsewhere.

I like this coffee, but it is just a hint “too bold” for me. I might stay with “dark” in the future.

I always say, if you want weak coffee, water it down in your own cup, don’t brew it that way! That said, my dislike about the Keurig is that you get at most an 8oz cup of coffee – I like my morning mug! But I love the convenience of this little appliance.
I picked up my Keurig at [Warehouse Store] and it included a ton of sample cups. Out of 72 samples, there was only 1 that I thought made a decently rich strong cup of coffee. Of course, I couldn’t find that particular brand/blend, so began the search, and finally landed on this Timothy’s product.
So – to the point…These Timothy’s Rainforest Extra Bold Espresso Kcups are bold enough that I can run the brewer twice on the same pod and still come out with an acceptable cup of coffee. With one run through, it is a truly tasty bold cup (but not burned tasting like coffees from certain large chain out of the Northwest…)
I’m sure there are bolder blends out there; but for $0.32/cup, this one works very well for me! (I went Subscribe & Save with this order)
Enjoy =D
