    I’m not exactly sure on this one but you might want to check with your the local health department. They can offer information on licenses and what to do’s for your business. And about the flea market, I’m pretty sure they do, but to make everything a little more convenient, try and make a certain area where tables are provided for the costumers, maybe sit down, and talk while drinking coffee.

  3. From what I know… selling coffee at a flea market is perfectly legal… usually you just need to have permission from the organiser… although I’d check this with your local council in the area.
