What kind of licensing do I need to sell coffee from a single cup brewer at a flea market?

I have a Keurig brewer and would like to sell cups of coffee at my booth. The machine uses individually sealed cups of grounds so there isn’t a health risk. Do flea markets allow beverage sales?
